Auction Event May 8 - 11
The EssenceCraft Company has donated two pieces of art to WVIZ/PBS to support their 2008 fund raising drive. The two pieces that will be available are a framed open edition print (Elemental Sun) and a framed limited edition signed and numbered print (Sky: Blue Morphos Butterfly). By donating to the auction EssenceCraft is proud to support the station's mission to "strengthen our communities by providing distinctive, thought-provoking programs and services that enlighten, inspire, educate and entertain."

As summer comes to a close our thoughts turn toward the approaching holiday season. In the spirit of the upcoming gift giving season, you are invited to take $35 off of any purchase of $90 or greater with the discount code 35OFF. Holiday Drawing
We are also holding a holiday drawing for two gift certificates worth $150 a piece for all customers who make a purchase between now and the end of December. Customers who have purchased more than one item from www.essencecraft.com at any point this year are also eligible. The two lucky winners will be posted on the site the week of January first.
Artwork Now Available
We have finally begun adding Fine Art to the shop. For those who have been waiting patiently for this addition, we thank you and hope you find a piece that speaks to you in a special way amongst the initial offerings, more will be coming in the next few weeks and months.
Updates to the Learning Center
Two new links have been added to the Learning Center: "Caring for original art" and "Caring for museum-quality prints". Also, if you find a term on the web site that seems foreign to you, chances are that it has been defined in the web site's Glossary.

Since the online store was launched there have been a few questions that pop up frequently. This news post will serve to address some of these questions for all of you.
How many instances of the 95OFF discount are still available?
As of this writing There are currently 34 instances remaining so if you are still deciding whether to make a first time purchase, now would be a good time to take advantage of this exclusive offer.
How long will it take to ship my item?
The estimated shipping time for items purchased from the web site is determined by whether the item being purchased is already in the store’s inventory (for example, one-off pieces) or if it’s made-to-order. Average shipping time for one-off pieces is 2-3 days, while average shipping time for made-to-order items is 3-4 weeks. For more information please take a look at EssenecCraft’s Shipping Policy
Where can I find all of The EssenceCraft Company’s policies?
On the Customer Care page.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Customers have 24 hours from the time of first placing their order to make any changes. After this time the purchased item is most likely in the process of being created and therefore a fee may be associated with any changes. For inventory items that aren't "made-to-order" changes can be made to the order up to the point of shipment.
How are the "build your own" items on EssenceCraft priced?
Any item that starts off with a price of "$0" requires that you make selections from available options to determine its price.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the same day that your item is shipped.
Where is the artwork?
Several customers have inquired about the availability of artwork on the site. Integration of the fine art portion of the site is currently in the works. Please watch EC News for further announcements.

Service Improvement: Security Upgrade
As always, EssenceCraft is dedicated to providing the users of our webstore with an optimum and secure experience. We have recently made an upgrade to our online security in keeping with ever-evolving standards of encryption. Simply indicate whether or not your purchase is a gift, the name of the recipient and the name of the gift giver. Welcome to the new site!
The EssenceCraft Company began selling the fine art and jewelry of S. C. Versillee in 2004. The primary mode of sales was mail-order, gallery shows and art expositions. Since then, we have amassed quite a loyal following of clients and patrons who requested a more convenient means to shop from us. So here you are!
The Mission Pendant Collection represents the company's first offering via the online shop and future offerings will include additional jewelry collections as well as original paintings and limited edition reproductions.
